2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in specific cases based on the type of purchase made within the App. Refunds may be applicable for:
One-time purchases (e.g., digital content, learning modules)

3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
❌ Change of mind – If you no longer wish to use the App after purchase.
❌ Partial usage – If you have used a portion of a subscription but request a refund for unused time.
❌ Third-party payment failures – If the issue is due to your bank, UPI provider, or payment gateway errors.
❌ Breach of Terms of Service – If your account was terminated due to a policy violation.
❌ Missed promotional offers – If you purchased a subscription before a promotional discount was available.
4. Refund Request Process

Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days

5. Subscription Cancellation Policy
5.1 How to Cancel a Subscription
Users can cancel their subscription at any time through:

✅ Google Play Store or Apple App Store (for in-app subscriptions)

5.2 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation Timing

Monthly Subscriptions: If canceled before renewal date, you will not be charged for the next cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: If canceled before renewal, service will continue until the end of the paid period but no refunds will be issued unless within the 2-day refund period.
6. Duplicate Payments & Transaction Errors
If you have been charged twice or incorrectly billed, we will:

✅ Issue a full refund for duplicate charges within 5-10 business days.

7. Refund for Technical Issues

Refunds for technical issues are only applicable if the issue is from our end, not due to:

8. Special Cases: Gift Cards & Third-Party Purchases

Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
